Restaurant On My Platter – Ratatouille

We just celebrated Pride month in June. To honor our LGBTQ+ community we created a colorful dish “Ratatouille”. Ratatouille is an 18th Century French Dish made of vegetables. The modern ratatouille – tomatoes as a foundation for sautéed garlic, onion, zucchini, squash, aubergine (eggplant), bell pepper and basil, or bay leaf and a mix of green herbs.
